Regular liaison with the system suppliers resulted in controlled upgrades and enhancements to the software. Thorough and targeted training was provided to every member of staff and a complete company procedure manual was compiled from scratch.

The project encompassed every aspect of the business from point of sales to accounts processes, from un-crating motorbikes to selling them on the internet. Customer experience on the shop floor and the enormous task of stock control were paramount and serve to demonstrate the diversity of the work. Work analysis covered similar varied ground with much of the work on-site throughout the UK and face to face with the staff concerned.
